This policy explains what information Peanut collects, how we use it, and who we share it with. We've written it to be readable, not just legally defensible. If something isn't clear, email us.

Peanut is operated by Get Your Oink On, based in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

What we collect

When you create an account:

• Email address
• Display name
• Birthday (month and day only — optional, used for a celebration message from Peanut)
• Country, city, and timezone (detected from your connection, used to personalize coaching)

During onboarding:

• Your motivations for eating more plants
• Struggles and challenges you've identified
• Your current pace and food preferences
• How you heard about Peanut
• Confirmation that you are at least 13 years old

When you subscribe:

• Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

When you use Peanut:

• Your chat messages and conversation history with Peanut
• Check-in responses (SnortCards)
• Progress and engagement patterns used to personalize your coaching

How we use your information

• To provide and personalize Peanut's coaching to your life and goals
• To send you magic login links and account-related emails
• To send the Daily Oink email (you can unsubscribe at any time)
• To process your subscription and manage billing
• To track aggregate impact — how many meals the herd has funded for sanctuary animals
• To diagnose and fix technical errors

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not share it with anyone except the service providers listed below, and only to the extent necessary to operate Peanut.

We use the following services to operate Peanut. Each one processes some of your data on our behalf:

Cookies and sessions

Peanut uses a single session cookie to keep you logged in for up to 90 days. This cookie is essential for the app to function — without it, you'd have to log in every visit. We don't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

How long we keep your data

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription and would like your data deleted, email us at help@getyouroinkon.com and we'll take care of it.

Age requirement

Peanut is intended for users who are at least 13 years old. We ask all users to confirm their age during onboarding. If we become aware that someone under 13 has created an account, we will delete it.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. You can also unsubscribe from the Daily Oink at any time using the link in any email. For anything else, contact us directly.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the effective date at the top and notify active users by email. Continuing to use Peanut after a change takes effect means you accept the updated policy.
